Megazyme has expanded its portfolio of high purity enzymes with widespread use in analytical, diagnostic and research applications within various industries.

E-BGOG   
Oligo-α-1,6-Glucosidase plus β-Galactosidase Enzyme-News-E-BGOG-Product-Image
A mixture of microbial oligo-α-1,6-glucosidase and A. niger β-galactosidase has been launched to support the Rapid Integrated Dietary Fiber Assay for samples that contain isomaltose and lactose. These DP2 sugars can interfere with the chromatographic analysis of low molecular weight dietary fiber (SDFS*) and if required, this enzyme mixture can be used to resolve this issue via the selective hydrolysis of isomaltose and lactose.
