Test tablets for the measurement of 1,6-α-Dextranase; i.e. enzymes active on 1,6-α-dextran. Containing AZCL α-dextran.
Please note the video above shows the protocol for assay of endo-xylanase using xylazyme tablets. The procedure for the assay of endo-dextranase using α-Dextrazyme Tablets is equivalent to this.
