Specificity: | Most active on p-nitrophenyl-α-L-arabinofuranoside. Highly active against α-1,5-linked arabinobiose, arabinotriose and α-1,3-linked arabinofuranose sidechains of wheat arabinoxylan and 3-O-arabinofuranosyl-xylobiose. No activity against linear non-substituted arabinan. Very low activity against sugar beet arabinan. |
