Important update to the β-Glucan Assay Kit (Yeast and Mushroom) (K-YBGL)

We are happy to announce a new and improvedβ-Glucan Assay Kit (Yeast and Mushroom)procedure!

Trehalase enzyme has now been added to the β-Glucan Assay Kit (Yeast and Mushroom), further increasing the accuracy of β-glucan measurement for certain samples. The addition of trehalase removes instances of overestimation of β-glucan content in samples containing trehalose.
