Megazyme is pleased to announce that it can now offer ultra-pure, recombinant, affinity purified endo-inulinase (E-ENDOIAN) and exo- inulinase (E-EXOIAN). These enzymes have been produced at its research facility in Bray, Ireland.
These enzymes are available separately for research applications, and have also been incorporated into the Fructan and Fructan HK analytical kits offered by Megazyme.
