Megazyme International Ltd is delighted to announce a new 2 year service agreement with DHL Express.
DHL Express has a network spanning more than 220 countries and territories, shipping to over 120,000 destinations worldwide.
As part of our continuing customer service improvement plan we want to offer the very best delivery service and shipping times that we can.
This agreement with DHL will allow us ship to even more destinations while maintaining our already excellent delivery times.
Furthermore we can confirm that as a direct result of this 2 year service agreement we are in a position to freeze shipping charges at their current rates up until December 2012. This eliminates increasing rates caused by world fuel price fluctuations.
Finally, there will be no visible change to our online ordering system as a result of this move to DHL; the only difference you will see is in the type of box your order arrives in. Should however you have any questions in relation to this change please contact us at cs@megazyme.com
