In this, Sydney University’s Centenary Year, Faculty Alumni Awards have been established to recognize agriculture alumni across the decades who have made outstanding contributions to their profession, and society, and have shown exceptional dedication and leadership in their field.
Three Faculty Alumni Award recipients were honoured - Dr Barry McCleary (BSc Agr ’72, PhD ’76, DScAgr '89) received the Alumni Award for International Achievement, Dr Brian Fisher (BSc Agr ’73 PhD ’78) was presented with the Alumni Award for Professional Achievement and Mr Paul Burke (BSc Agr Ec ’03) was awarded the Alumni Award for Young Alumni Achievement.
