In order to pay for products that you’ve added to your shopping cart, you need to be logged in under your profile on the Megazyme International website. It is possible to add items to your shopping cart while not logged in, but once you try to complete a transaction, you will be asked to log on to the system.

To log on to the Megazyme International website, enter a valid Email address and Password.

Acceptable payment options

The following payment types are accepted by the Megazyme International website:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• Laser (Ireland only)
• American Express

You need to add products to your shopping cart before you can proceed with making payments. Once you’ve added the products you want to buy and selected the required currency (if different to the one specified in your registered profile):

1. Click the Proceed to Checkout button in the Shopping Cart section.
2. At step 1 of the purchase process, the delivery address you specified for shipping purposes is selected by default in the Delivery Address drop-down list box. Note: If you need to modify shipping address and billing address details at this stage, click the Address Book button and make your changes in the Address Book.
3. Otherwise, click Continue to proceed to step 2 of the purchase process.
4. The Order Confirmation page displays, specifying the details about your order and the total cost and any other order-related data.
5. Click Confirm Order to continue to step 3.
6. In the next section you can verify your billing address is correct for this transaction. You also need to specify whether you are paying by Account or by Credit Card. Credit Card is the default payment option. You also need to enter valid credit card details, the credit card security number (last 3 digits on the reverse side of your credit card just above your signature), and the 16-digit number.
7. Click Continue.
8. A final confirmation page for your order is displayed at step 4 of the payment process. It is recommended you print a copy of this page for your records.
9. Finally, to complete your purchase, click the Confirm Order button.

Your order will be processed by the Megazyme e-commerce system and you should be notified via e-mail that your order placement was successful. If any credit card detail errors are encountered you will be returned to step 3 of the payment process to re-enter the data correctly.

Payment Terms

All accounts must be paid within 30 days from receipt of goods. Please fax a copy of all Wire and Telegraphic Transfers to our Accounts Department at the time of transfer of funds, quoting your Company name, invoice details and other relevant details. We do not require credit references. Note: We do not issue a monthly statement.

The Web site is connected to the Megazyme integrated order fulfillment system.  The shipping and billing address are maintained within that system.  During the ordering process most users will have some ability to edit these addresses but only for that specific order.  There are some exceptions:

Shipping Address

Initially, the customer has the ability to enter their shipping address details at login via the ‘Register’ section of the site on the homepage.   The customer can then modify the entire shipping address for a single order.  From the ‘Update Details’ button you can add, remove and update your shipping address from your Megazyme address book.  These addresses are used to select where you wish your orders to be shipped to, and what address Megazyme should use to correspond with you regarding each specific order.

Billing Address

Initially, the customer has the ability to enter their billing address details at login via the ‘Register’ section of the site on the homepage.   The customer can then modify the entire billing address for a single order.  From the ‘Update Details’ button you can add, remove and update your billing address from your Megazyme address book.  This address is used to select where you wish your invoice for your orders to be sent, and what address Megazyme should use to correspond with you regarding payment for that specific order.  There are no restrictions on modifying the billing address for credit card orders.
